TruAge PACE

TruAge PACE is a biological pace of ageing test that focuses on short-term changes in methylation that translate into long-term impacts to health. It acts like a speedometer for ageing, where values above 1 are 'accelerated ageing' and below 1 are 'slowed ageing.' For example, if your score is 0.8 that means your body is ageing 0.8 years for every 1 calendar year that passes.

The primary algorithm offered in PACE is the Dunedin Pace of Ageing algorithm (Dunedin PACE); developed through more than five decades of research, and trained on longitudinal phenotypic data.
